Atento a todos os factores, o Vidago Palace Hotel prepara uma nova edição do conceituado Jantar Vínico – Vinhos & Sabores, com data marcada para 17 de junho, às 20h00.  E, o primeiro menu de degustação será da autoria do chef Vítor Matos que, no passado mês de Maio, assumiu os restaurantes da requintada unidade hoteleira.

 Para esta ocasião especial, o chef Vítor criou um menu exclusivo composto por sete pratos que harmonizam na perfeição com os vinhos Niipoort Riesling Dócil 2015, VV Vinhas Velhas 2014, Redoma Branco 2016, Conciso Branco 2014, Poeirinho 2014, Batuta 2010 e Colheita 2005 & Vintage 1987.

 Quanto aos pratos, o primeiro será Requeijão de Seia com Beterraba & Abobora, seguido de Tomates & Queijo Terrincho DOP. Em seguida, chegam à mesa Robalo do Mar & Caracóis e Bacalhau de Meia Cura & Caldeirada, prosseguindo o jantar com os pratos de carne, Presa de Porco Bísaro & Ameijoas a Bolhão Pato e Raviólis de Pato & Enchidos Transmontanos. A refeição finaliza com Pera Rocha & Avelãs. Como se pode comprovar, são excelentes razões para não perder esta experiência gastronómica temática.
